the Lucy Folch Challenge WINNER is ...

Thanks all for the GREAT entries. As usual we had a hard time choosing and debating who is the best. Since we only have ONE pack of Lucy Folch's paper to give away, the tough decision for the FINAL ONE had to be made one way or the other.

{sigh}
.
So ... drum roll please, for this deserving winner!!!
..
We are captivated with (1) the combination of two very contrasting Tinkering Ink PP used here and (2) the combination of vintage stuff { did you see the vinyl record there?!? whoa! } and modern designs - I guess this goes to proof that there's NO rules in scrapbooking and when it comes to creativity, there's no boundaries.
..
Creative use of vintage such as vinyl records set against colours representing the height of the vinyl era!
.

The other thing that caused squeals of delight is how every single bit of the PP had been used! - even the paper's model/title: al fresco giardino (garden) in the journaling.
.
.
A twist of the "flip" sign reveals an interesting mini LO on it's own with exhaustive captions of all the "loves" ...
..

If I had to describe myself, I would say that my life revolves around living every day to its fullest; believing in God, being a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister of two beautiful smart young women and a friend of many wonderful, insightful and wise people.

I love many things and I am constantly finding myself learning to see beauty in life. This is perhaps why I am smitten by the art of photography...it is the perfect medium to capture life, color and beauty.

"I am a recent art convert who is benefiting from the current grim economy to devote more time to this craft. Flushes of colours and great patterned papers inspire me. I just contracted a new ailment: creative engorgement blues if i don't create. In view of the mounting creations, I have have decided to channel them towards a worthier cause and hope to be blessed with more creative juices in return."

Speaking to Jasmine, we realised quickly that for her :
scrapbooking + craft = soul food
For one she has an innate need to create, or she'll toss and turn in bed all night. But more compelling her creation goes to a good cause: the mission funds supported by the Kuala Lumpur Baptist Church (KLBC).
